A: Because custom harnesses (from 1-piece prototypes to OEM batches) are built exclusively to your specifications, they are non-refundable. However, if the product fails to meet the agreed-upon CAD drawing or fails our 100% continuity test, we will rework or replace it free of charge.

A: We offer a 30-day hassle-free replacement for standard products. Please submit a ticket with your Order ID and a clear photo of the damage, and we will ship a replacement within 24 hours.

A: For applications exposed to harsh environments, please provide photos showing the installation context. Our engineers need to verify that the cables were routed correctly to validate the warranty claim.
